FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for manufacture of glassware feet and device for realisation of this method, which is mostly suitable for production of glassware with integrated blank of foot in automatic bulb-blowing machine. Method for manufacture of glass vessels cups includes introduction of melted glass portion into glass mold of blank, which includes ingot-blank, lower part of which is provided with foot blank dummy that is further pressed. Then ingot-blank is placed onto rotary ring installed above glass mold, later on ingot-blank is pressed to rotary ring by holder of blowing device, and under effect of gravity ingot-blank spontaneously flows through opening in ring and takes the shape of cup. Foot blank dummy enters cavity of lower glass mold that rotates in the same direction as the ring. Then lower glass mold is shifted inside open glass mold installed directly under rotary ring, in cavity of lower glass mold. Foot blank dummy is held by means of reduced pressure, and air is injected in cup with the help of blowing device. At the same time lower glass mold is pressed down until nozzle of lower glass mold cavity is at the same level with internal rotary surface of lower hole in glass mold. Afterwards glass mold is closed, and air is injected in cup until cup takes the shape of glass mold internal wall, where it will further be cooled to harden. At the same time under effect of both gravity and reduced pressure in cavity of lower glass mold, foot blank takes final shape and further cooled to harden. Then in cavity of lower glass mold pressure is increased, and lower glass mold is shifted down, after that this glass mold opens and therefore, finished cup is released with integrated blank of foot. ^ EFFECT: reduction of prime cost and simplification of products manufacturing technologies. ^ 6 cl, 4 dwg |
