A liquid fuel saving apparatus capable of emitting far infrared rays is provided to promote complete combustion of liquid fuel by using a duel saving porous ball or perforated plate. A liquid fuel saving apparatus capable of emitting far infrared rays comprises a shuttling tank heating up the liquid fuel supplied from a fuel tank, and a combustion boosting device which is connected to the shuttling tank through a fuel supply line and is filled with fuel saving porous balls. The fuel saving porous ball contains zeolite, ferric oxide, barium, feldspar, nephelin synite, zircopax, dolomite, bentonite, cornwall stone, zirconium oxide, molybdenum, tantalum and palladium. The fuel saving porous ball provides oxygen to the liquid fuel passing through the shuttling tank so that the liquid fuel is completely burned.
