A rotary hydraulic vibration damper has a sealed body filled with viscous hydraulic fluid. In the sealed body on bearings rotor is placed, with fixed shaft, on that end covers are fixed. In the cavity of the sealed body long radial seals are placed. The rotary hydraulic vibration damper is fixed on the undercarriage of railway vehicle in vertical position, by tail element of rotor shaft or the body. On the rotor shaft, normally with respect to its axis, rigid plates are fixed, gap between those and the body facilitates free flow of viscous hydraulic fluid. In the sealed body of rotary hydraulic vibrations damper in radial positions flexible plates are fixed, or on the rotor shaft, normally with respect to its axis, flexible plates are fixed, and in the sealed body of rotary hydraulic vibration damper in radial position rigid plates are fixed, gap between those and the rotor shaft facilitates free flow of viscous hydraulic fluid and changes depending on dynamical resistance of viscous hydraulic fluid, and damping moment that is brought about at that is transferred to axle-box of the undercarriage of railway vehicle through hinged-lever mechanism with metal-rubber inserts in hinges. |
