The invention proposes a cylindrical modified Fresnel lens presenting a plurality of elements of radio-nontransparent material which is shaded Fresnel zones having even numbers on a circular cylindrical surface of lenses aperture; elements comprising lens are presented as flat circular rings, each of which by its outer end is rested upon an outer bounder of odd Fesnsel zone, surface of the circular element is directed perpendicularly to lens aperture surface.
