A prefabricated wave dissipating block is provided to maximize the effect of making little waves by forming sea water passing grooves in the vertical and horizontal directions, and to utilize the sea water passing grooves as the habitat of fish. A prefabricated wave dissipating block(100) comprises a horizontal top part(10), a horizontal bottom part(20), and a vertical center part(30) connecting the top and bottom parts. The wave dissipating block is divided into a front section(100a) and a middle section(100b) which are I-shaped when viewed from the front, and a rear section(100c) which is square when viewed from the front. A first seawater passing groove(11) is formed between the front and the middle section in a first vertical direction, and a second seawater passing groove(12) having less depth and width than the first seawater passing groove is formed between the middle and the rear section in a second vertical direction. |
