REGENERATOR AND THE REGENERATING METHOD OF WASTED ASCON IMPROVING THERMO-EFFICIENCY

A regeneration method and apparatus of waste ascon are provided to reduce the soot generation by heating the waste ascon to the melting point with the flame of a burner part. A regeneration apparatus of waste ascon comprises a cylindrical rotary drum unit consisting of a driving rotary drum(20) and a driven rotary drum(30), a burner unit formed on the driving rotary drum, and an air blower(35) installed between the driving and driven rotary drums. Waste ascon to be processed is preheated in the driven rotary drum and transferred to the driving rotary drum. The flame of the burner unit heats the waste ascon to the melting point. The air blower sprays the air to discharge dust and foreign material generated in the driven rotary drum.
