An inverter controller can reduce the IC package pin count while maintaining the function of the inverter integrated circuit by providing multi-functional integrated circuit pins and/or multiplexing. The control device(10) comprises the over voltage protection circuit(100), the dimming circuit(200), and the electric current feedback control circuit(300) and output circuit(400). The multiplexer(18) controls the switching of the function of 2 No. pin between the load voltage sensing and the dimming signal input control according to a state of the load. The oscillator circuit(12) generates the sawtooth wave signal(14) through the charge/discharge of the fixed capacitor(16). The control device generates two switch activate signal(NDR1,NDR2).
