A call connection processing method is provided for carrying out a call connection between a user terminal device and a mainstay network by means of an SIP protocol through an access network. The call connection processing method is comprised of a step for instructing a predetermined device (proxy device) in the access network of transmitting a predetermined SIP signal message to the mainstay network on behalf of the user terminal device and the proxy device does not transmit the predetermined SIP signal message transmitted and received between the user terminal and the mainstay network at the call connection time in response to the instruction, or transmits it to the mainstay network on behalf of the user terminal device.
