The assembly has an adhesive mask (30) removably adhered on an outer vertical longitudinal surface of an inner wall of a structural body element i.e. door, of a motor vehicle, by covering a sticking zone adhered on a peripheral band. A protection element i.e. support (32), protects an adhesive surface on which the mask is adhered before being adhered on the outer surface, against deposition of pollutant elements. The support has two plates (36, 38) separated from one another, and the mask is partially adhered on each plate of the support. The mask partially closes openings of the wall.
