FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and chopped; potatoes are chopped and blanched; carrots and beetroot are blanched and chopped. Green onion is cut and frozen. Skin-off salted herring fillet is cut. The said components are mixed at the oxygen-free conditions with acetic acid, sugar, sodium culinary salt, calcium acetate and black bitter pepper. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: extends the whole variety of technical means and dishes that can be used to obtain new preserves that increase the digestibility comparing to the know dish from 1105 to 1,3105. |
