A method of manufacturing plywood is disclosed, which includes operations of manufacturing veneer, drying veneer, preparation of glue, putting of glue on the veneer, formation of the packets of veneer, pre-pressing and pressing the packets of veneer. In the case during preparation of glue to phenol-formaldehyde resin as active reinforcing filler 0.15 mass fractions of 7.5% alumosulfate solution and 3.0 mass fractions of rye flour per 100 mass fractions of resin are added, and pressing is carried out at following parameters: pressing pressure – 1.0-1.5 MPa, temperature of pressing - 110-130 °C, duration of pressing - 6-10 min., glue consumption - 90-120 g/m. |
