A network interface apparatus improving a packet transceiving method and a network apparatus including the network interface apparatus are provided to reduce the transmission delay by removing the necessity of transmitting packets from a host to the network interface apparatus. A packet receiving part(110) and a packet transmission part(120) forms a network interface, and transceive packets through a network line. A host transmission unit(130) and a host receiver(140) comprise a host interface. An ID generating unit(150) generates and gives the intrinsic ID for a packet received from the packet receiving part. A packet storage unit(170) together stores the ID generated in the ID generating unit and the packet to which the ID is given. An address assigning unit(160) produces a memory address for storing the ID and packet to which the ID is given in the packet storage unit, and assigns the generated memory address. A packet reading part(180) confirms the ID received by the host receiver, and then searches an ID which is identical to the received ID among IDs stored in the packet storage unit to read out the searched ID and the stored packets. |
