FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plain bearing assemblies and can be primarily incorporated with various wing pumps at nuclear power stations. The proposed assembly comprises rotary sleeve to be fitted on the shaft and representing a housing furnished with lengthwise slots having cylindrical mounting surfaces whereon rod-type antifriction elements are mounted with the help of clamping rings. Note here that the surface of every aforesaid element, at its side far from the shaft and on the section adjoining one of the end faces of the said element, is a cylindrical one and designed to interact with the clamping ring inner surface. Aforesaid lengthwise slots arranged in the housing represent lengthwise seats with their length smaller than the housing width. Note here that the seats arranged on one cylindrical end face and on the other tapered end face make one of two rows formed by all seats over the housing entire width. Lengthwise axes of one row seats are located between lengthwise axes of the other row seats. The said clamping rings have centering shoulders embracing the housing with the minimum tolerable gap and allowing the ring elastic strain along the shaft axis and, the case of the ring, along the ring radius. ^ EFFECT: lower vibration, higher load-bearing capacity of the plain bearing assembly with siliconised graphite working surface. ^ 6 dwg |
