A method of vibration working of small components is characterized by that entire mass of the load (working medium, which includes chemical solution and abrasive granules, and workpieces) is divided into the groups according to the fractions and loaded into separate empty spherical containers from elastic material into the container of vibration installation, where under action of power pulse the abrasive granules and workpieces perform oscillating motions relative to each other and walls of spherical containers, and also circulating motion along the walls of container forming a microrelief of the surface of components. |
