The invention relates to machine building, namely to the devices of working lengthy metal articles, it can be used for relaxation or strengthening working of the articles from rounds. A device for ultrasonic treatment of the surface of lengthy articles contains series-connected an ultrasonic generator, a piezoceramic transducer, a transformer of vibrational speed (TVS) and impact tools. In accordance with the invention, on a bed a disk is installed on the bearing, with which is rigidly connected a guide and a tubular shaft with contact rings, a mechanism of adjustable rotation of tubular shaft, a mechanism of drawing of workpiece and a braking element. On the disk a position element is located, on which in the main sections TVS and acoustic reflector (AR) are fixed, on the ends of which impact tools are rigidly fixed, The working surfaces of impact tools are made in the form of a concave truncated cylinder, which generatrix is perpendicular to the axis of TVS and AR. The invention provides for uniform treatment of the surface of lengthy article of round cross section, increase of corrosion, relaxation resistance, and fatigue and service life of article. |
