An automotive door inside handle apparatus is provided to fit the stroke of a door inside handle and the operating time of a door latch accurately according to adjustment of simple gear ratio. An automotive door inside handle apparatus comprises: a door inside handle(110) which is rotatable around a rotary axis(111); a driving gear part(120) positioned on the rotary axis; a driven gear part(130) gear-coupled in the driving gear part; and a rack gear part(140) in which a latch cable(3) is connected. The driving gear part and the rack gear part are apart from each other. The driven gear part is coupled in the driving gear part and the rack gear part. The radius of the driven gear part is smaller than the radius of the driving gear part.
