A wax dispenser for the tooth forming is provided, which heightens the efficiency of work, and makes the wax attaching work convenient. A wax dispenser for the tooth forming comprises: a housing(10) of the hollow in which the space is formed so that the wax can be inserted; a heating element(20) which is equipped in order to fuse the wax while being heated inside the housing by the external power supply; a nozzle unit(30) combined with one side of the housing to discharge the wax fused with the heating element outside; a temperature controller which is connected to the other side of the housing by a wire to control the temperature and the electric power supply in the heating element.
