FIELD: sewage treatment facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to liquid purification from ferromagnetic particles by means of cassette cartridge magnet separators and may be used in enterprises of metallurgy and metalworking industry. Separator comprises vertical cylindrical magnetic cartridges, which are periodically submerged into treated liquid, and then sludge is dropped by collars of sludge remover from cartridges to drive conveyor. After cartridges cleaning sludge is separated into two parts; one part of sludge is removed outside complex limits, and the other part of sludge is sent to mixer equipped with chipper. Chipped sludge is mixed to liquid and transported by pump in zone of cleaned liquid supply to tank. Complex of liquid purification is made on the basis of cassette cartridge magnetic separator. In tank that is separated by partitions in sections, one and more cassette magnetic separators are installed. Drive conveyors brought under cartridges in treatment mode interact with common conveyor of ferromagnetic sludge transportation with provision of some sludge drain outside the complex limits and some sludge drain in mixer equipped with chipper. ^ EFFECT: considerable reduction of expenditures. ^ 5 cl, 6 dwg |
