PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-ribbed belt moldable by only one process without polishing a rib part, and hardly degrading tensile force. SOLUTION: This V-ribbed belt 1 comprises an extension part 2, a cushion rubber layer with core wires 3 embedded therein along the belt longitudinal direction, and a compression part 6 adjacent to the cushion rubber layer, extending in the circumferential direction of the belt, and having a plurality of ribs 7 without being polished, and having a pitch circumferential length of 650-999 mm. In the V-ribbed belt, the core wire 3 of the belt is formed of polyester, wherein the extension when applying 100N thereto, the elongation when applying 200N, and contraction stress are 2-4%, 5-10% and 5-15 N, respectively.
