PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling device which is formed of a label holding section for holding a label peeled from a mount, and an applicator for sucking and moving the label held by the label holding section and sticking the same to a sticking object (commodity), wherein the labeling device is composed of a mechanism of positively peeling the label from the mount even if the separation performance of the label from the mount is poor. SOLUTION: The labeling device is formed of: a peeling member which pulls out a labeling sheet which includes the long mount and the labels peelably stuck to the same at predetermined intervals, and peels the label from the mount during passage of the pulled-out labeling sheet; the label holding section which passes the peeling member and holds the label peeled from the mount; and the applicator which sucks and moves the label held by the label holding section, and sticks the label to the sticking object. Herein the label holding section swingably supports the peeling member with respect to a fixing frame in a manner separating the label from the mount passing the peeling member.
