PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-sided printing apparatus capable of obtaining good printed matter by preventing the reverse side from being soiled. SOLUTION: The two-sided printing apparatus 1 is provided with at least one plate cylinder 12 and at least one press roller 13 for pressing paper P onto the plate cylinder 12 and performs printing on the other side of the paper P after printing on one side of the paper P. As the press roller 13 for pressing the plate cylinder 12 onto the other side of the paper P, an elastic body 13d having a fluorine compound layer 13e on the peripheral surface thereof is used.
