The invention relates to an electrovalve for the proportional adjustment of a counter-pressure flow in hydraulic circuit, that comprises: an electromagnet including a coil (1) and a mobile core (2); a ball (5) for blocking a seat (4) separating an upstream chamber (7, 7') and a downstream chamber (8, 8') of the hydraulic circuit, the fluid flowing in the direction of the ball (5) lift-off; return means (11, 16) for returning the ball (5) in a closed position corresponding to the rest position of the electrovalve in case of a zero current in the coil (1); pusher means (10, 15) depending on said return means (11, 16) and maintaining the ball (5) on the seat (4). According to the invention, the same pressure is applied on either side of the ball (5) and/or the pusher means (10, 15) bearing on the ball (5) in order to balance the forces applied on either side of the ball (5) in the absence of current in the coil (1).
