A system and a method for operating a web page by using a virtual telephone number, increasing the participation rate of a user and increasing the convenience of a user are provided to operate a web page in a various mode by utilizing receiving telephone number about the web page. A mobile terminal(110) operates specific web page in various modes by using virtual telephone number as a called number. An exchange(120) receives a coupling request about the web page from the mobile terminal. The interlock information corresponding to the virtual telephone number is performed according to the interlock information in the web page. An SMS center(130) receives a message from the mobile terminal. It determines whether the called number included in the received message coincides with the set virtual telephone number. A result is provided to an integrated portal(140) for registering the web page. |
