A device for connecting a front side of components and a method thereof are provided to connect a rail and a long bar having the profiled transverse section with the friction welding in the track manufacturing. A device for connecting a front side of components comprises: fastening device(2, 2') pressing the partial end part; and partial cross-section(12, 12') arranged in parallel with each other. The fastening devices are arranged to be faced each other in order to be arranged to have an interval based on a connecting shaft. The fastening devices moves to the same direction around the connection shaft while drawing circle. An eccentric devices(3, 3') is operated with the state of being combined to one of the fastening devices.
