A kit for the disaster aid is provided, which protects article by absorbing impact and keeping warm and gives the waterproofing and floatability to the case. A kit for the disaster aid comprises: a plate body part(10) having the floating element built in the waterproof sheet; an assembly part(20) converting the plate body part of the mat state into the square box type by combining the waterproof zipper with the edge of the plate body part; a shoulder belt(31); a suspender part(30) enables to carry the kit on the shoulder by combining with a waist-belt(35). The support seat extending the main plate top of the plate body part is equipped. Right and left plate plates are formed on the left and right of the upper part of the main plate.
