An apparatus of relay having function of protecting over-current inflow is provided to improve the space conjugation rate of the vehicle by automatically blocking the excess current to protect the circuit. The electromagnet part(110) is installed on the first wiring(111). The switching part(120) switches the power on the second wiring(121) based the magnetization of the electromagnet. The safe disconnector(130) is serially arranged. If the excess current flows on the second wiring, the excess current is blocked from the switch. The safe disconnector is made of the bimetal which is bent to the direction which the connection of the second wiring is cut when the excess current flows.
