A method for inspecting quality of milk using a protein microarray chip is provided to measure change of quantitative and quality of protein in the processed milk and raw milk collected from milk cow. A method for inspecting quality of milk using a protein microarray chip comprises the following steps of: comprising a microarray by attaching antibody on a substrate; reacting a material containing an antigen to be fixed and the antigen in which a fluorescent material is adhered; and measuring extent competitive inhibition.
