<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional information communication apparatus such as a reader/writer or a remote controller that the information communication apparatus requires its own power supply by wiring, the reader/writer cannot be moved, one reader/writer is needed for one appliance, and/or the reader/writer cannot read and write while being handcarried. <P>SOLUTION: Electric power and appliance information are supplied from a transmission/reception part of an appliance body to the reader/writer by radio waves, and thereby it is not necessary for the reader/writer to have its own power supply by wiring or the like.
