<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify content of a nursing service from tag information read by a tag reader. <P>SOLUTION: A tag device 1 storing an object ID is arranged in each object, and the object ID read by a tag reader device 2 is transmitted to a server device 3, and recorded as use history information of the object when a nurse uses the object. On the other hand, nursing service information configured by associating the content of a nursing service with the type of the object to be used is stored in the server device 3. Then, the use history information of the object is collated with the nursing task information so that the content of the nursing service can be specified from the use history of the object.
