<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which is reduced in ghost and has good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet 1 includes a light transmitting layer 10 in which prism lines 11 reduced in width to the apex are juxtaposed; and a light-shielding part 20 in which a light shielding material is filled in a groove 15 between the prism lines 11. An upper surface 12 and an inclined surface 13 of the prism line 11 are roughed, and the surface roughness of the upper surface 12 is 0.1-5 μm.
