PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor allowing support of ecology activity by the consuming public, and allowing proper return of a result of the ecology activity to the consuming public.

SOLUTION: When the consuming public having performed member registration executes the prescribed ecology activity, this data processor 100 acquires an ecology point EP generated thereby for each of the consuming public, and records it in member data MD. The ecology points EP recorded in the member data MD are totaled, and prescribed service is provided to the consuming public.
