PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate and change other image files to which change is required as well in block by evaluation change input to one image. SOLUTION: A blurring icon 52 is displayed in an image at a blurring level of 3 or more. Now, when a thumbnail image at the blurring level of 6, a corresponding main image is displayed. When an operator watches the main image and recognizes that the blurring is within an allowable range, clicks a "change" button 54, and in response to it, images at the blurring levels of 6 or lower are recognized as images within the allowable range. Then, display of the blurring icon 52 of the main image (at the blurring level of 6) displayed at present is deleted, and for a plurality of thumbnail images, the blurring icons 52 at the blurring levels of 6 or lower are deleted in block (images at the levels of 4-6 are actually deleted).
