PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter arrangement structure of a motorcycle capable of achieving the reduction of the size of a meter, the parts commonalization of a clamp and a meter cover, and the reduction of weight by disposing the meter at a clamp cover. SOLUTION: The meter arrangement structure of the motorcycle has a handle 8 for the motorcycle mounted on a top bridge 58 through handle clamps 71 and has a cover for covering the upper part of the handle clamps 71.
