PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce disruptive raised elements on a surface of a wall swept by a fluid to improve the aerodynamic efficiency.

SOLUTION: In a method for reproducing raised elements forming disruptions of a boundary layer on a surface of a wall capable of being swept by a fluid, laser shocks are applied to the surface so as to create peaks forming the disruptive raised elements on an edge of impact zones.
