PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of precisely detecting a moving object that is turned into a monitoring object. SOLUTION: A thermistor 22a1 provided to a thermal head 22a of a printer 22 is utilized to detect the atmospheric temperature of a place where an MFP 1 is installed. An amplification rate of an amplification circuit B of a human body detection circuit 20 is properly changed on the basis of the detected atmospheric temperature. Thus, even when an output voltage AOUT of an infrared detection circuit A is varied due to the variation of the atmospheric temperature, it is properly corrected by the amplification circuit B, and the variation is reduced. Accordingly, because the variation of a range of detecting a human body is suppressed, a window comparator circuit C can precisely detect whether a human body enters a monitoring area or the human body exits the monitoring area.
