PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak plate mounting structure of a vehicle capable of firmly fixing a windbreak plate without rising cost of components or increasing the number of the components. SOLUTION: The windbreak plate mounting structure 64 of the vehicle is formed into a curved shape and equipped with a windbreak plate 52 to be mounted to a windbreak plate mounting part 72 provided at a front part of the vehicle. The windbreak plate 52 is equipped with a mounting projection part 75 projecting to a side facing to the vehicle to be mounted to the windbreak plate mounting part 72. The windbreak plate mounting part 72 is provided with a first flat surface 81 having a flat shape which the windbreak plate 52 contacts. The mounting projection part 75 is provided with a second flat surface 82 having a flat shape for contacting the first flat surface 81.
