PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire enhancing load noise and high speed durability at traveling at good balance without impairing traveling performance such as rolling resistance and operation stability. SOLUTION: The pneumatic radial tire T is provided with a belt 6 comprising at least two layers of cord crossing layer provided on a tread part 3; and belt reinforcement layers 7, 8 comprising a polyester cord arranged at an angle of substantially 0°relative to a tire circumferential direction along an outer periphery of the belt 6. The tread part 3 comprises a rubber composition in which a value of tanδmeasured at the temperature of 25°C is 0.24 or higher and a value of tanδmeasured at the temperature of 60°C is 0.30 or lower under the condition that an initial elongation ratio is 10%, amplitude is 5% and a frequency is 10 Hz.
