PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a production speed of a saturated sodium fluoride solution. SOLUTION: The power saturator is provided with a stirring tank 3 for receiving/storing continuous feeding of water and dried sodium fluoride and stirring water and the dried sodium fluoride by stirring/driving of a main stirring impeller 45 and a bottom stirring impeller 59, a circulation tank 67, a preliminary standing tank 69, a standing tank 71 for receiving a solution containing a per-saturated sodium fluoride solution in the stirring tank 3 from a transfer port 35 at an intermediate part and settling the undissolved sodium fluoride, a circulation connection part 39 for circulating an unsaturated solution from a separation tank 5 to the stirring tank 3, a bottom part returning port 7 provided between the stirring tank 3 and bottom parts of the circulation tank 67, the preliminary standing tank 69 and the standing tank 71 and returning the undissolved sodium fluoride to a bottom part side in the stirring tank 3, and a recovery port 9 for continuously recovering a supernatant of the standing tank 71.
