The unit (20) has a wire frame comprising thin wires (21) between 1.3 millimeter (mm) and 2.5 mm in diameter, which partially project over side edges (11) of a number of dry screed plates (10) and are designed as vertically and/or horizontally aligned hooks (22, 23) and/or eyes at an end side. The horizontally aligned hook is arranged in pairs at a side of the unit and aligned to each other in opposite direction. Joints between the dry screed plates are filled with a joint mass with a sealant or an adhesive.
