An apparatus for producing impeller type functional Korean sausage with dual-structure is provided to fill the Korean sausage with stuffing materials along an inner center line and lower production costs. An apparatus for producing impeller type functional Korean sausage with dual-structure comprises a stirring unit, driving unit and compressing unit(320). The stirring unit is composed of a mixer body equipped with an inlet and outlet. The mixer body includes a left and right screws(30,10) and a front cover(270). The driving unit is formed to mesh gears(80,90). The compressing unit has an impella instead of a screw. The front-back cover having an axle hole(240) and a fixture(250) is connected to a T-shaped fixing bolt(260). |
