CELL SIGNALING ANALYSIS METHOD OF SINGLE-CELL

A cell signaling analysis method of single-cell is provided to examine the signal control mechanism through real time reaction analysis, the activity, adaptation, and stochasticity of signaling. A cell signaling analysis method of single-cell comprises the steps of: manufacturing a yeast fluorescence strain for single cells signal analysis; analyzing single cells from the single cells of the fluorescence strain with signaling reaction; building the nano environment for the cell capture by using the strain; and catching the single cells from the nano environment.
