<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable uniform humidification and drying by treating a food material while throwing up the food material from a transport plate, from the supply to the transport plate to a humidification drying process. <P>SOLUTION: A transport plate fixing box 20 is equipped with an ultrasonic humidification device, a far-infrared radiation device 48 and the transport plate 23 is arranged downward, in the transport direction inside the box. An eccentric shaft 30 vertically moved by the drive of a motor 22 is arranged below an upper end of the transport plate 23, and an upward urging resilient member is arranged at a lower end so that the transport plate 23 as a whole is vibrated in the vertical direction. A vibration-receiving plate 3 for receiving a food material dropped and supplied from a hopper 2 is arranged below a supply port on the lower surface of the hopper 2.
