<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of largely reducing torque over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic member 51 is composed of a base part 53 fixed to a core metal member 50, and first and second axial lips 54 and 55 sliding in a flange part 66 of a slinger 52 by extending from the base part 53. The second axial lip 55 is positioned at an interval in both between the first axial lip 54 and a fixing part 65 of the slinger 52. The second axial lip 55 is composed of a first part 67 extending inward in the radial direction from the base part 53 and to the flange part 66 side in the axial direction, and a second part 58 extending outward in the radial direction from the tip of the first part 57 and to the flange part 66 side in the axial direction. In a cross section in the axial direction, the length of a surface 80 inward in the radial direction of the first part 57, is lengthened more than the length of a surface 81 inward in the radial direction of the second part 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
