<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic-use treatment instrument with the quantity of rotational operation appropriately corresponding to the quantity of rotation of a distal end mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscopic-use treatment instrument 1 comprises a wire 3; a Y-shaped knife 2 formed of an elastic material and disposed at the distal end of the wire to be used for the treatment inside the body cavity; a flexible sheath 4 into which the wire 3 is inserted; an operation part 5 disposed at the proximal end of the wire and rotating the wire 3 around the axis; a cylindrical bearing 7 fixed at the distal end of the sheath 4; a rotating member inserted into the bearing 7 in such a way as rotatable relative to the bearing 7; and a restraining part disposed in the rotating member to restrain the rotation of the Y-shaped knife 2 around the axis relative to the rotating member. The Y-shaped knife 2 is energized to be expanded outward in the radial direction of the sheath 4 when the knife is outside the sheath 4, and the Y-shaped knife 2 is brought into contact with the restraining member to restrain the rotation of the knife around the axis relative to the rotating member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
