PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of removing bubbles which cause poor jetting of nozzles in a fluid jetting apparatus which jets a liquid. SOLUTION: The inkjet printer 100A carries out filling processing of the ink (step S110-step S240) when an ink cartridge is loaded in a printing head part 10. Continually, the inkjet printer 100A carries out a first flushing (step S250) and a second flushing (step S260). The first flushing is a flushing of ejecting the bubble 500 mixed into a pressure chamber 13 together with the ink from the nozzle 15 by extending and contracting a piezoelectric element 17 by a driving pulse 300 with a nearly trapezoidal shape that generates a positive voltage. The second flushing is a flushing of a large ejection amount of the ink using a driving pulse 310 in which a first nearly trapezoidal pulse 311 that generates a positive voltage and a second nearly trapezoidal pulse 312 that generates a negative voltage continue.
