PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump capable of securing a stable flow rate. SOLUTION: The micropump 10 is provided with a tube 50, first and second cams 20, 30, and fingers 40-46. The micropump has a first state where the first and second cams 20, 30 are rotated in the arrow R direction and sequentially press the fingers 40-46 to sequentially close/open the tube 50 repeatedly and fluid is continuously fed; a second state of rotating only the first cam 20 in the reverse direction, in the first state, when a position to release pressing of the plurality of fingers 40-46 by the second cam 30 is detected by a light detection element 80 by using a through hole 27 provided in the first cam 20; and a third state of stopping the rotation of the first cam 20, in the second state, when the position of the through hole 27 at a time of opening the tube 50 by the first cam 20 is detected by a light detection element 90.
