PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature change or the like of ink by a simple constitution in regard to a roller such as an ink origin roller of a printer. SOLUTION: A heat storage material 42 such as a latent heat storage material having a melting point in a predetermined temperature range and using a paraffin based material or a potassium based material is enclosed in an interior of a roller body 41, and by providing a constitution stabilizing the temperature of the roller body 41 within a predetermined range by using heat absorption and heat dissipation of the heat storage material 42, temperature change or the like of ink contacting the roller body is suppressed.
