PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device having high effective prevention from toppling, without affecting appearance of the device and is easily manufactured at reduced manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The speaker device includes a cabinet and support legs for supporting a bottom surface of the cabinet, wherein the cabinet comprises a bottom plate positioned at a predetermined height, directed perpendicularly upward from the lowest end of the cabinet and weights which shift the center of gravity of the speaker device downward within a space. Each of the support leg comprises a leg part and a fitting part, wherein the fitting part is fitted in a corner defined by adjacent two cabinet side plates; the position for mounting the support leg is determined; and the support leg is fixed with the cabinet bottom plate from the bottom surface of the leg part through a fastening member.
