PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously obtain control results of all devices for control only by transmitting one control instruction from a terminal to a plurality of devices for control, which perform different non-IP communications. SOLUTION: In this gateway device 400, a communication part 410 receives control information by IP communication from the terminal 100, a control instruction distribution part 421 inputs the control information from the communication part 410 to be analyzed, outputs the control information to a unique control part 430 connected to the devices 52 for control, the unique control part 430 transmits a control instruction to the devices 52 for control by unique non-IP communication 50 provided to itself to control the devices 52 for control, receives the control results from the devices 52 for control by the unique non-IP communication 50 provided to itself to be output to a control result collection part, the control result collection part 422 collects the control results, generates control result information to be a response to the control information to be output to the communication part, and the communication part transmits the input control result information to the terminal by the IP communication.
