PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning module with CMOS image sensor. SOLUTION: The optical scanning module with CMOS image sensor is constituted of: a light source 31 which emits a scanning beam; a reflection mirror group 32; a focus lens group 33; and the linear CMOS image sensor 34, wherein the linear CMOS image sensor is constituted of a linear CMOS image sensor unit, and an A/D analog digital signal conversion unit. The light source comprises a CCFL lighting tube, or a xenon lighting tube, or a direct under type light emitting diode, a light beam 311 emitted by the light source is guided to the focus lens group by securing a sufficient optical path through reflection mirror groups 321, 322, 323 and focused on the linear CMOS image sensor by correcting aberration by the focus lens group comprising a plurality of lenses.
